About Me

 

My name is Bonnie Sims and I am a realtor with Howard Hanna.  I am a resident of Baltimore and graduated from Liberty Union High School and Ohio University.  I am very familiar with the area and several counties surrounding Baltimore.  I am a former owner/director of a child care center and I own a leasing company which includes residential and commercial property. 

I decided to become a real estate agent due to my interest in property management.  Through my journey and education, I have found that not only do I enjoy property management, but also helping families achieve their real estate goals.

I understand that real estate requires high levels of integrity, honesty, attention to detail and commitment to all customers and clients.  I am dedicated to helping buyers find their perfect home, in their price range, as well as helping sellers maximize the potential of their homes to get homes sold at a price that is acceptable to sellers.
